CHEF PETER: THE SECRET SAUCE
The Chef in Chef360 is Chef Peter Collins of Greenville, South Carolina. Anyone who has met Chef Peter is not soon to forget him. High energy and high spirited, Chef Peter has a head as full of ideas and more creative voltage than a Duke Power sub-station.
With a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and a lengthy career in the hotel industry in both chef and catering and convention services management roles, Chef Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He also does speaking engagements for industry groups such as Meeting Planners International (MPI) and was invited this year to be part of the roster of chefs at the prestigious Food for Thought conference focusing on innovation, and featuring speakers such as Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
You might get a call from him because he’s just found mulberry-blue orchids in the exact shade of the border on your cocktail napkins. You might get a call from him because he’s just invented a Dr. Pepper martini that will be perfect for your party. Or, you might even get a call from him just to see how your Tuesday is going.
